To book any service or training a ÐEPOSIT  is required, in order to confirm your appointment or your training registration. 

HST applies to all services regardless of form of payment.

Deposits are non-refundable, only transferable.

To reschedule your appointment, a 24 hour notice is required, otherwise you lose your deposit or you will be charged a $50 fee on your next appointment. 

If more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 penalty fee on your next appointment. 

If you don't show up within  6 months from the day of your training registration you will loose your training registration fee .

Please respect the aestheticians time and our policy, and be on time!
